Microorganisms don’t grow in egg powder, as they are killed when liquid eggs are dried and stored finished product has a low humidity.
In order to produce high-quality egg powder, we use clean shell eggs and eggs with a damaged shell which aren’t more than 1 day old.
In our company packaging for dry egg processing products complies with specified requirements. Egg powder is absorptive, so it is put into water- and lightproof packaging. Then the products are stored in hermetically sealed bags in dry, cool and dark warehouse premises.
