JSC “Roskar Poultry Farm” is a confident leader in egg processing. It is the largest manufacturer of whole egg, egg white and yolk. All egg processing products maintain their useful characteristics and have exceptional functional and technological features.
Modern equipment and flexible technological processes allow to separate an egg into yolk and a white and manufacture dry, liquid, cooled and frozen egg products. Liquid products are filtered, pasteurized and put in aseptic packaging.

While being processed, eggs maintains their nutrition and energy value, all vitamin complexes and nutrients. Egg products allow to lessen time consumption and labour costs, to reduce the amount of waste and to provide high safety level at food production facilities.
It is possibile to add various ingredients into eggs processing products at the customer’s request.
Farm technological capabilities allow to change functional and technological characteristics of the products such as solubility, emulsifying efficiency, whipping capacity, etc.
